This website is operated by X-Frontier L.L.C-FZ, a company registered with Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai. References to “we”, “us” and “our” are to that company.

We supply on a wholesale basis to businesses: retailers, distributors, pharmacies, gyms, health retailers, e-commerce operators and brand owners. We do not sell to consumers, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell to a consumer.

By using this site you confirm that you are acting for a business and that you have authority to act for the business you name in an enquiry.

Everything published here — product categories, market descriptions, service descriptions and indicative figures — is provided for information. It is not an offer capable of acceptance and does not create a contract.

Price lists, quotations and availability confirmations are indicative and valid only for the period stated in them. A binding contract arises only when we confirm an order in writing, on the terms of that confirmation and of any separate supply agreement between us.

When you send an enquiry you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that we may contact you about it by email, phone or WhatsApp. We aim to respond within one business day; that is a service target, not a contractual commitment.

Product ranges, brands and specifications change. Availability, minimum order quantities and lead times vary by brand, category and destination and are confirmed only in a quotation.

Regulatory requirements — product registration, labelling, ingredient rules, halal certification and import permissions — differ by country and by product category, and they change. We will tell you what we understand the position to be and supply the documentation we hold, but you remain responsible for satisfying yourself that the goods you order may lawfully be imported, marketed and sold in your market.

Images and descriptions are illustrative. Packaging, formulation and country of manufacture may differ between production batches.

The design of this site, together with its text, layout and graphics, belongs to us or is used with permission and is protected by copyright and other rights. You may view and print pages in order to evaluate a commercial relationship with us. You may not otherwise copy, republish, adapt or exploit them without our written permission.

Third-party brand names, trademarks and logos referred to on this site remain the property of their owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement by that owner, or a distribution agreement with them, unless we say so expressly.

You must not:

• use this site in any unlawful or fraudulent way, or for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• submit false, misleading or third-party details through the contact form;
• send bulk, automated or unsolicited commercial messages through it;
• harvest, scrape or systematically extract content or data from it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
• introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the operation or availability of the site.

We try to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it without notice, and we are not liable to you for doing so.

Where we link to a third-party site — a brand, a partner, a messaging service — we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse their content and are not responsible for them.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we give no warranty that the information on this site is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on anything published on it.

Liability arising from the supply of goods is governed by the contract under which those goods are supplied, not by these terms.

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or from your unlawful use of this site.

Personal data submitted through this site is handled as described in our Privacy policy.

We may revise these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction in which you are established or hold assets.
